The architectural form of Clear crystal Harcourt 1841 pitcher is characterized by flat cuts that encircle the globe base and the thick neck of the pitcher. This detailing creates three-dimensionality to the pitcher, adding great visual depth especially as the crystal refracts the light. As a finishing touch, the elegant curvature of the handle offsets the angularity of the flat cuts. In addition to the pitcher, the Harcourt 1841 collection extends to highballs, tumblers, and champagne flutes.
