Sommeliers and restaurateurs cannot be wrong. Zalto is the brand of professionals. The brand goes back to the Zalto family, a glass dynasty from Veneto. Six generations ago, the Zalto family settled in the northern Waldviertel region in Austria and produced high-quality hand-blown glass in Neunagelberg.

The glasses were developed by renowned wine connoisseurs, first and foremost the wine expert and pastor Hans Denk. As a special honor, Zalto dedicated an individual brand to Denk: Denk'Art.

When creating Denk'Art glasses, the designers were inspired by the angles of inclination of the earth. Is this the reason for the excellent distribution of the wine aromas? Whatever the case, with such a great love of wine and attention to detail, it is not surprising that sommeliers from all over the world swear by the glass masterpieces of the art of glassmaking.

The demands on the glass vessels are high: A glass from Zalto must appeal to all the senses, and not only feel good, but also offer the wine an excellent stage. The different shapes are perfectly suited to the different types of wine, which can unfold their bouquet freely, and even just the sound of glasses clinking in a toast increases the anticipation of enjoying a fine drop. In optimum balance, the wine rests in the glasses, which are harmoniously adapted to the different varieties and their requirements.

The glasses combine functionality and delicacy in an aesthetic manner. Although the walls of the glasses are very thin, they are still suitable for frequent use, insensitive to clouding and dishwasher-safe.
