The voucher will be sent to your e-mail address within a few minutes* of completing your purchase and can be redeemed both in our online store and in the store at Königsallee 42 in Düsseldorf.

You will receive the voucher as a PDF in A4 format to the e-mail address that was entered for order processing. You can simply print it out and wrap it or conveniently send it as a PDF. Please note that we cannot send you a physical voucher card by post.
*Note: At present, the vouchers have to be created and sent manually by our team. Please note that there may therefore be delays in dispatch, especially at weekends. Unfortunately, a voucher ordered on Sunday can currently only be processed on Monday morning. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
