Because whether it's dusk or dawn, tired eyes or simply dark kitchen corners - thanks to the new lighting on the setting scale and cutting area, no ingredient can hide from the tirelessly cutting solid steel blade any longer. Particularly safe and smart: the new LED Safety Control. Thanks to it, the new all-rounder in the kitchen shows whether the limit stop is still open. Because while the integrated light initially glows blue, it changes to red after about a minute - a constant reminder that the sharp knife is still open and ready for use. And that's not all. A special fine adjustment in the cutting thickness range of 0-2 mm ensures that the whisper-quiet running stainless steel blade glides through meat, vegetables and co. with millimeter precision - for cutting results without compromise!

Cool, solid full metal meets rounded, slim shapes and breakproof glass - the new slicer from GRAEF is not only a powerful all-rounder, it is also the new eye-catcher on the kitchen counter. The solid steel blade integrated into the frame glides effortlessly, almost sublimely, through the food placed on the stainless steel support of the carriage and can only be heard when steel meets crust. But thanks to the new lighting concept, it can be seen at all times. This makes cuts even more precise, and even nocturnal hungry hunters can easily prepare their midnight snack on their late-night hunt. And for those who forget to switch off the fine slicer for sheer enjoyment, there's the stand-by mode, which switches off the illumination of the scale ring and the blade after five minutes. Clever: If the limit stop is still open at this time, the red light pulses as a reminder before the stand-by mode is activated. After that, only the red illumination keeps watch until the limit stop is closed - for even more safety.

Whether it's the switch-on lock to protect against curious children's hands, the high-quality material, the precise workmanship, "Made in Germany", or the well thought-out design - the "Most Innovative Brand 2020" according to the Plus X Award jury has thought about both the cutting experience and result as well as the time afterwards with its new slicer. For example, the many freely accessible surfaces can be cleaned with a wipe. Thanks to a special blade removal device, the blade cover is simply released with a flick of the wrist and the blade can be safely removed after successful use and freed from grease and cutting residues. Maintenance-free motor technology

The Graef slicer SKS 700 is equipped with a 170-watts-capacitor-motor. This motor is powerful, whisper-quiet and maintenance-free. At a constant speed, the motor guarantees an easy cutting without any loss of power. Due to its solid construction (made in Germany) the capacitor motor provides best cutting results.
