Information on the Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal (only for online purchases)
  1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
  2. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took physical possession of the last good.
  3. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hermann Franzen GmbH & Co. KG, Koenigsallee 42, 40212 Duesseldorf, Germany; phone: +49 (0)211-13078-0, email: info@franzen.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
  4. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercisinge the right of withdrawal before expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal
  1. If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
  2. You must send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. Thise deadline is met if you send back the goods before expiry of the period of 14 days. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
  3. You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if this reduction in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.
