Eine gewagte Kombination aus weißer Schokolade und einem salzigen Lakritzkern. Wenn die cremig-weiße Schokolade im Mund schmilzt, werden kleine Geschmackexplosionen durch das Lakritzpulver freigesetzt, wodurch ein perfekt ausgewogenes, süß-salziges Erlebnis entsteht.
Zutaten
53 % weiße Schokolade (Zucker, Kakaobutter, Vollmilchpulver, Emulgator: Sojalecithin, natürliches Vanillearoma), 17 % Zucker, Reismehl, Invertzucker, Melasse, 4,3 % Süßholzextrakt, 1,2 % Salmiak, Rapsöl, Überzugsmitteln (Gummiarabikum, Kokosöl, Karnaubawachs), Salz, Farbe (Titanium Dioxide, vegetabilisches Kohlenstoff), Anisöl. Mindestens 30 % Kakao Trockenmasse.
Dunkel und kühl lagern.

Das Lakritz wird mit Reismehl gekocht und ist glutenfrei. Reismehl ist vollkommen geschmacksneutral.
