Payment information

All prices in the online shop are listed in euros, include statutory VAT, and are exclusive of any applicable shipping costs. We offer various payment methods for your convenience. Your payments are processed securely with the highest safety standards.

Credit Card

If you choose the "Credit Card" payment option, you authorize Franzen to charge the purchase price to the specified credit card by providing the card type, card number, expiration date, and security code after clicking the "PLACE ORDER" button. The card will be charged immediately. For credit card payments, you will need to enter your personal 3D security code. Visa refers to this as "Verified by Visa," MasterCard calls it "SecureCode," and American Express uses "SafeKey."

PayPal

If you select the "PayPal" payment method, you will be redirected to log in to your PayPal account in a new window after clicking the "PayPal Buy Now" button. There, you can transfer the purchase amount as per PayPal’s instructions.

Invoice purchase with Ratepay

If you choose "Invoice Purchase," you will receive a separate email from Ratepay after clicking the "PLACE ORDER" button. This email will include instructions for transferring the purchase amount as per Ratepay’s guidelines.

We reserve the right to limit or exclude certain payment methods for individual orders during the checkout process.

In case the ordered goods are unavailable or a contract is not concluded for other reasons, we will promptly refund any payments received. All other rights of Franzen remain unaffected.

Delivery times

If you do not pick up the goods at Franzen's store, the delivery times are as follows:

DHL Express Shipping

Delivery time: 1 business day.

Standard Shipping

Delivery times are displayed in the online shop next to the product and will also be communicated in the order confirmation or shipping notification.

The start of the delivery period depends on the payment method:

PayPal

For payments via PayPal, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded, i.e., after receiving the order confirmation or shipping notification.

DHL Express

If you select "DHL Express" as your shipping method, delivery will be made the next business day (Monday–Friday) for orders placed before 1:00 PM. For orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, delivery will occur on Tuesday.

Abholung FRANZEN

If you choose "In-Store Pickup, Königsallee 42, 40212 Düsseldorf" during checkout, you must collect your order at Franzen's store at Königsallee 42, 40212 Düsseldorf, within 10 days of receiving your order confirmation. The pickup is at your own expense.
