Payment Information

All prices in the online shop are in euros, include the statutory VAT and are subject to all shipping costs incurred. We offer you various methods of payment. Your payments to us are encrypted and take place under the highest security standards.

Credit card
If the buyer selects the payment method "credit card", he/she authorizes Franzen, through provision of the type of card, card number, validity date and the verification number, to debit the credit card with the purchase price after clicking on the "ORDER AND PAY" button. The credit card is debited immediately.

Giropay
If the buyer selects the payment method "Giropay", he/she logs into his/her Paydirekt account in the window which appears after clicking on the "ORDER AND PAY" button, where the purchase price is transferred in accordance with the conditions of Giropay.

Prepayment
If the buyer selects the payment method "Prepayment/Bank transfer", the purchase price should be transferred to Franzen at the bank details stated in the order confirmation within 7 days of receipt of the order confirmation.

PayPal
If the buyer selects the payment method "PayPal", he/she logs into his/her PayPal account in the window which appears after clicking on the "PayPal Buy Now" button, where the purchase price is transferred in accordance with the conditions of PayPal.

Upon invoice with Ratepay
If you choose the payment method "Upon invoice", you will receive a separate e-mail from Ratepay, after clicking on the “ORDER AND PAY” button. In this e-mail you will find all the needed payment information from Ratepay.

We retain the right not to offer certain payment methods in individual cases within the scope of the ordering process or to refer to other methods of payment.

In the case that the ordered goods are not available or a contract is not concluded for any other given reason we will immediately reimburse any payments received. All other rights of Franzen are reserved.

Delivery Periods

If you are not collecting the goods from Franzen, the delivery period for DHL Express shipping is 1 working day. In the case of standard shipping, the delivery period will be stated in the online shop next to the goods as well as in the order confirmation or shipping notice. The start of the delivery period depends on the type of payment:

Credit card
When paying by credit card, the delivery period begins after conclusion of the contract, i.e. after receipt of the order confirmation or shipping notice.

Giropay
When paying by giropay, the delivery period begins on the day the contract is concluded, i.e. after receipt of the order confirmation or shipping notice.

Prepayment
When paying by prepayment, the delivery period begins on the day after the properly executed payment order is issued to the transferring bank.

PayPal
When paying by paypal, the delivery period begins on the day the contract is concluded, i.e. after receipt of the order confirmation or shipping notice.

Upon invoice with Ratepay
When paying by invoice, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded, i.e. after receipt of the order confirmation or shipping notice.

DHL Express
If you select the shipping option "DHL Express", delivery will take place on the next working day (Monday-Friday) if the order is received before 1 p.m. If the order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, the delivery will be made on Tuesday.

Collection FRANZEN
If you select "Collection FRANZEN, Königsallee 42, 40212 Düsseldorf" when placing your order, you must collect the goods from the Franzen store at Königsallee 42, 40212 Düsseldorf, at your own expense and within 10 days of receiving the order confirmation.

Shipping Information

Your goods will be shipped via our package service provider DHL Paket, DHL Express or UPS.

You can also collect your ordered goods from our store (Königsallee 42 - 40212 Düsseldorf).

Same Day Delivery

Orders we receive before 4:00 p.m. can be delivered to the address of your choice on the same day in Düsseldorf and the surrounding area (Meerbusch, Ratingen, Hilden and Langenfeld). Delivery will take place between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

We cooperate with the logistics company "incharge-Smarte Innenstadtlogistik".

When you place an order, a telephone number where you can be reached is noted. We forward this information to Incharge, as the driver will call you shortly before delivering your goods. To protect the environment, only electric vehicles are used for delivery.
